The worlds and expressions of two musicians meet. Here, the duo Helena Ek & Peter Janson choose to let poetry and music from different eras collide, enrich each other – or merge into something new, obvious and exciting. Compositions by poets such as Lina Ekdahl, Bruno K Öijer, Kristina Lugn and Sonja Åkesson are mixed with jazz and folk music.

Music at the Library is an annual concert series produced by Musikcentrum Väst. Each season, a selection of professional musicians and artists who are members of MCV are given the opportunity to perform at libraries around Västra Götaland. The concert series is carried out with support from the Västra Götaland Region.
