Spomenik plays alternative pop with roots in prog music and post-punk. In a classic pop setting, they act both inciting and rocking. The lyrics engage with their aggressive thoughtfulness and the strange timbres stroke the audience's hair in the most pleasant way. In 2022, they released their self-titled debut EP.

The four musicians have a background in improvisation and folk music and are based in Gothenburg.
