With roots in Swedish folk music, she approaches American jazz classics and makes them her own - with a voice and feeling that both honors tradition and looks to the future. Together with her trio, Sara creates a completely unique, well-crafted space in jazz, where she goes to the core of each song's expression as she explores the American standard repertoire.
