Patrick Rydman / Anders Persson Duo

Jazz standards and evergreens - with warmth, elegance and total presence.

We started playing together sometime in the distant 90's, with a common glowing interest: Bill Evans and Tony Bennett's legendary duo recordings. So we met and went through most of The Great American Songbook. Without copying Bill and Tony, we still want to convey jazz standards and evergreens in a similar way: with warmth, elegance and total presence. Our repertoire is broad and adaptable and can also contain original material. We can fit in as entertainment at events and conferences, but are just as happy to play at pure concert occasions.

Patrick Rydman is a well-qualified singer / conference, who has been seen and heard on both concert hall stages and theaters around the country and has been a soloist with Bohuslän Big Band and Gothenburg Wind Orchestra. He is also a member of the Singing Ensemble Amanda who has collaborated with, among others, Povel Ramel.

Anders Persson is one of Sweden's leading jazz pianists and has played with, among others, Stina Nordenstam, Marie Bergman, Toots Thielemans and Viktoria Tolstoy.
