Softly rhythmic and relaxed, the musicians take you on a journey that stops at unexpectedly good places.
The group had, among other things, an assignment in the summer of 2022 as Artist in Residence in Vänersborg with the VGR Administration for Cultural Development as organizer. In September 2023, the debut album "Island Song" will be released on the internationally renowned record company CAM Jazz.

Lives in Gothenburg. Active bandleader, composer,
pedagogue, project manager etc. Leads the bands Johan Björklund
Dynamic Flavors, Thymeshift and Monochromatics. Over the years has been heard nationally and internationally with Änglaspel, Lina Nyberg, Parallel Activity, Emil Bishara, Johannes Lundberg, Räfven and others.
Thomas Markusson – double bass
Lives in Öjersjö and has been part of the Swedish and international music scene for 25 years, both as a sideman and band leader. Over the years, Thomas has played and toured with, among others, Lee Konitz, Walter Lang, Magnus Öström and Corpo.
Joona Toivanen - piano
Lives in Lerum, originally from Jyväskylä, Finland. Joona has had a long international career as a jazz pianist and composer with several award-winning albums under her own name for e.g. Blue Note, CAM Jazz and We Jazz as well as tours worldwide. He is the winner of the Teosto award in 2018 and multiple nominee for Finnish Grammys.
