Freddy Clue

Freddy Clue

Newly written folk music embraced by a queer world of poetry and emotions.

Freddy Clue is the debuting solo artist you didn't know you needed in your life.
A touring artist who weaves together key harp, beats and personal stories.
Performances that reach deep into people's hearts and help them create space for inspiration, healing and love.

"Fredy really is a creator of remarkable experiences, a true innovator in the folk art space."
-WJ Quinn,

After 10+ years of experience performing on stage, Fredy Clue debuts with his performance "What are you hiding?" which is suitable for all ages and can be limited to 6-12 years. An investigative experience in gender norms, belonging and traditions. With the folk costume Bäkkadräkt, nyckelharpa, song and beats, they meet the audience with their self-written nyckelharp pop and honest queer history. Together they elevate Swedish folk music into a queer world of poetry and emotions.

The performance tours in various formats and lengths at concert halls, libraries and pride festivals and is now looking out for schools, theaters and interested venues that want to book an innovative cultural-historical musical and storytelling performance.

Fredy plays both solo and duo with Julia Bengtson on violin and voice.
